an instructional video based on the ancient Indian practice of
yoga titled "Shilpa's Yoga" The yoga video is shot
at the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country 'Kerala'. Directed
by Manisha Jha, under the instruction of Yoga instructor Shiv
Kumar Mishra and produced by Shilpa Shetty, Shilpa's Yoga is
very well executed, picturised on the scenic beach with ceremonial
elephants and Kalaripayattu fighters in the background and the
demonstration of Asanas in a simplified manner .

a spectacular impact on my life ". This DVD is an introduction
to 'dynamic free-flow' yoga practice by Shilpa Shetty. It is

by the renowned actress Shilpa herself. The introduction is followed
